What is the definition of a "Buyer's Agent" ?
A Buyer's Agent represents only the buyer in a real estate transaction; he/she is bound by contract
to help you find the best property at the
most favorable terms for YOU.

Usually, the seller pays the commission which is split between the Buyer's Agent and the Seller's Agent.

What will a Buyer's Agent do for you?

    for the property of your choice.

  • Provide the expertise and experience to assist in making the home buying transaction
    a smooth and efficient process.


The National Association of Realtors® has shown that when a Buyer's Agent is used,
the prospective buyer found a home one week faster and examined three more properties
than those consumers who did not use a Buyer's Agent, thereby demonstrating there are
many benefits to hiring a Buyer's Agent.
